GED Classes
Did you drop out of high school or are missing too many credits to graduate?
The Kent ISD GED program could be for you! The GED is a high school equivalency diploma and all classes are led by certified teaching staff.
The GED is widely recognized by both employers and community colleges.
Earning your GED requires the completion of 4 tests:
- Social Studies
- Math
- Language Arts
- Science
Enrollment for 2024-25 opens August 1.
GED Testing Center
Our GED testing center is closed for the summer. Watch for details later when GED testing is available again this fall.
To schedule a test: visit GED.com
To request your GED transcript: visit GED.com
- Click on "grads and transcripts" at the top of the page
- Select the state in which you took the GED and click on "request transcript"
- if you took the test in Michigan, you will be redirected to the DiplomaSender website; create an account and complete the remaining steps
